Born and raised in metro Atlanta, Georgia, Pastor Wooley grew up in a household deeply rooted in Christian values. He was the middle child among seven siblings, all actively involved in ministry roles. His upbringing laid the foundation for his strong spiritual connection and eventual calling to serve the Lord.

In addition to his ministerial duties, Pastor Wooley is a successful businessman in metro Atlanta. As the owner of Sanctuary Sound & Lighting, Inc., he specializes in building and installing multimedia equipment for Houses of Worship. His business has flourished over the years, expanding beyond the borders of Georgia and taking his expertise and services to clients far and wide. Despite his busy schedule, Pastor Wooley has always remained committed to his faith and the ministry.

Pastor Wooley’s spiritual journey was pivotal when he received the Holy Ghost at 19 during a New Year’s Eve service in a humble house church. This profound experience ignited his passion for ministry and led him to a lifetime of service in the body of Christ. Over the years, he was ordained as an Elder and later felt the call to establish his ministry. In 1990, along with his wife, Avis Brownlee, he founded Witness Protection Ministries, Inc., where many have found solace, salvation, and freedom.

Family plays a crucial role in Pastor Wooley’s life. He and his wife, Lady Avis, have a daughter named Sasha Ra’mon Wooley (Johnson). Their united vision has guided them to mentor and minister to both young men and women, seeking to address the challenges faced by today’s youth. Her parents, the late Deacon Arnie and Janie Brownlee exemplified her strong values and unwavering commitment to her faith throughout her upbringing. Lady Avis experienced the transformative Baptism of the Holy Ghost and was baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus during her teenage years. This pivotal event ignited her drive and passion to live purpose-driven lives and advocate for the well-being of young children and women. She attributes much of her ambition, competitiveness, and desire to the teachings of her parents, who encouraged all 13 of their children to dedicate themselves to serving God and humanity with humility and respect.

In the early 1990s, Lady Avis devoted her talents to the field of music, serving as a musician for the Emory State University Gospel Choir and participating in the local Atlanta gospel group IVP (International Voices of Praise). Her exceptional skills as a vocalist led her to be featured as an opening soloist for several renowned gospel artists in the Metro Atlanta Area.

Alongside her musical pursuits, she pursued higher education at Austin Peay University in Clarkston, TN, earning a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science. Her passion for healing and revitalizing the human mind, body, and soul led her to a fruitful 40-year career in the medical field.

Lady Avis has led a life marked by resilience, purpose, and faith throughout her journey. Her dedication to her profession, community, and faith has impacted those around her. Her commitment to uplifting others and living out the values instilled in her by her parents has made her a beacon of hope and inspiration in the lives of many.
